The Customer is required to check the condition of the Products delivered.

The Customer has a period of twenty-four (24) hours, from delivery, to formulate with the Seller any reservations or complaints in the following hypotheses:

If the package is damaged or opened (in this case the Customer must make reservations with the carrier);

If the order does not conform to the order;

If the Products are damaged;

with all relevant supporting documents (photos in particular).

After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect.
